About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Talent and Development Manager to join our team. This role will work closely with the Head of Talent & DEI to accelerate our talent goals across the organization, with an eye on inclusion and belonging. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating impactful learning experiences, and experience managing the talent performance process, including designing and implementing talent retention programs. This individual will not have any direct reports but will play a key role in shaping the company’s learning and development strategy.
