The position is responsible for developing strategies and processes that support training initiatives for the company-owned restaurants. The position is also responsible for supporting field operations teams with relevant tools and strategies to elevate sales, profitability and standards. Responsible for creating, designing, and executing the training and development plan for Field Training Managers. Conducts onsite visits in the field and provides coaching and personal instruction to improve areas of opportunity in the restaurants. The position is also responsible for the implementation of any training software required in the local regions. Allocates work as a team leader; may check on completion/quality.
