This role will report directly to the VP, Device Care Centers and is responsible for developing and delivering the learning technology strategy that will enable the operations within each department in becoming a high-performance learning organization. The Sr Manager of Learning Experience and Content Creation will be both the instructional Designer (who is responsible for consulting with internal stakeholders to recommend learning solutions, designing, and developing solutions that meet and/or accelerate business objectives), and the Training Leader (who is responsible for supporting and managing the training activities across various shifts).
This person stays informed of current learning methodologies and technologies for a varied and diverse adult workforce. Has knowledge of a variety of learning methodologies, recommends appropriate and innovative solutions, and completes the design and development of all web-based, virtual, on-the-job, and classroom materials. As the Sr Manager, they will lead and inspire the innovation and training team and create solid professional relationships with management at all levels within the business.

Pay Range
$86,000.00 – $143,700.00
Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
