Overview
Selective Insurance is looking for a Sr. Learning Managment Specialist for this hybrid role. This position can be located at one of our offices within the Selective footprint.
Plans, organizes, and develops training curricula, materials, and programs to meet specific training needs. Conducts /facilitates training programs. Works with management and SME to ensure course materials are current and relevant to training needs. Analyzes learning needs, plans and coordinates skill assessments and training. Tracks and analyzes training programs using satisfaction levels, proficiency testing, and job performance. Provides instruction and guidance to trainers. May include the design of computer-based training programs. All job duties and responsibilities must be carried out in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Travel will be approximately 20% – car and plane.

The actual base salary is based on geographic location, and the range is representative of salaries for this role throughout Selective’s footprint. Additional considerations include relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance, and business needs.

USD $82,000.00 – USD $130,000.00 /Yr.
