Role Summary
Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Learning Experience Design & Technology, this person will play a critical role in driving operational excellence within Rivian & Rivian and Volkswagen Group Technologies. The role involves a blend of project management to maximize efficiency and impact of learning teams, and instructional design skills to craft innovative learning experiences.

Salary Range for California based applicants: $117,200 – $146,500 annually (Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location and other factors permitted by law).
