What You´ll Do

  • Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes.
  • Oversee and participate in the development of training materials.
  • Provide input on safety, quality, or efficiency risks to the manufacturing process.
  • Lead, mentor, & council Lead Technician, Trainers.
  • Act as a change agent to drive continuous improvement.
  • Track metrics daily to ensure that all departments are running effectively.
  • Recognize different adult learning styles when working with associates and adjust methodology to best fit their needs.
  • Understand the training requirements for each position in each area.
  • Recognize the Theory of Operation and the Value Stream, including inputs and outputs, of each process in the cells.
  • LOTOTO Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Subject Matter Expert on multiple positions/processes in the plant.
  • Assist operation as needed.
  • Role model for safety, quality, and professional behavior at all times.

What makes you a good fit

  • Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting.
  • Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles.
  • Proven ability to master the full training cycle.
  • Adequate knowledge of learning management software.
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques.
  • Sound decision making and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work well with people of all levels of the organization.
  • Must have strong understanding of the manufacturing production and blending processes.
  • Able to successfully manage multiple projects.
  • Demonstrate good time management skills and the ability to manage activities with minimal supervision.
  • Must have excellent written (grammatical) and oral communication skills.
  • Must demonstrate ability to handle multiple projects/assignments/tasks.
  • Must demonstrate excellent planning and organization abilities.
  • Proficient in computer skills on various types of software i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, , Power Point.
  • Understanding of Lean principles.

The salary for this role is $26.19 – $36.38. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
