Johnson and Johnson Supply Chain is recruiting for a Senior Training Associate in Quality Assurance! This position is located in Malvern, Pennsylvania.

The Senior Training Quality Associate is responsible for maintaining the GMP training program which supports commercial and clinical manufacturing and related functions at the site. You will develop and deliver compliance and quality-based trainings, drive continuous improvement of training processes, departmental training metrics and act as a liaison with both internal customers and the sector training community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Master Trainer for Train-the-Trainer program
  • Consult with Department representatives to guide training decisions.
  • Monitor Site Training Metrics and report trends to Management
  • Collaborate with SME’s and coach the course owners to produce effective training.
  • Participate in global training groups.
  • Publish and post training modules to LMS.
  • Design and Develop GMP Training modules.
  • Approve GMP Training content meets global requirements.
  • Deliver GMP Training
  • Guide, review and approve Quality Alerts
  • Administration of LMS, as needed, to supplement and support to LMS Administrator: including reporting, troubleshooting, employee updates, curriculum changes, quiz resets, etc.
  • Author and revise quality departmental documents.
  • Conduct Gap Analysis between local Training procedures and Global procedures.
  • Own and maintain the Training Portal (SharePoint)
  • Create and maintain SUMMIT Help Guides
  • Develop and send regular communications with site leaders and/or personnel.
  • Participate in process improvement activities including assessing current processes, providing improvement input and working with partners to implement changes.
  • Supports site inspections and inspection readiness activities. Ensure the site is audit ready.
  • Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Qualifications:

Education:

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Learning and Development, Education, or bachelor’s degree in another field + experience and certifications in the L&D field.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • 5+ years of industry experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint and Articulate 360
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Vyond, Twine, and/or other Training software.
  • Experience with quality support in clinical or GMP manufacturing or QC laboratories.
  • Knowledge of cGMP.
  • Solid understanding of quality system applications such as Cornerstone on Demand and Veeva.

Other:

  • This position may require up to 10% travel.
