Key Responsibilities

The Senior Specialist – Learning Strategy is responsible for supporting learning innovation by defining and developing learning solutions to drive business impact. This position requires demonstrated experience in managing learning and development programs. The successful candidate will possess the ability to build strong relationships, understand stakeholder needs, and develop recommendations to drive personal and professional development for program participants. This role is for those that are passionate about learning and development, possess strong interpersonal skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy collaborating on program and process improvement. This team member will show up in this role with enthusiasm to build connections and show care about the learner experience through being inclusive and welcoming to all.

  • Collaborates across the business to identify strategic and tactical goals for each training engagement
  • Influences across multiple teams and groups, collaborating to identify solutions that achieve shared results
  • Identifies critical knowledge, skills, and attitudes required to support learning objectives
  • Evaluates existing curricula for alignment, effectiveness, and instructional soundness
  • Develops an instructional strategy for different training or learning solutions based upon established learning objectives, learner needs and characteristics
  • Ensures the experiences are digestible to the learning audience(s)
  • Facilitates working sessions to develop and document the end-to-end learning experience solution for each targeted population
  • Recommends measurement and assessment strategies for learning activities
  • Manages large-scale program roll outs by overseeing the production of learning solutions with internal
  • and external resources
  • Researches and evaluates leading-edge learning concepts and techniques to determine relevant application and continuously drives leading-edge innovations into their learning experience solutions

Qualifications

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of facilitated and/or non-facilitated training methodologies and tools
  • Demonstrated ability to educate, communicate, negotiate, and influence with all levels of management to produce outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, and facilitate effectively in order to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines
  • Ability to show good judgment, take initiative, and make decisions
  • Ability to provide administrative support according to specific clients’ needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a project team
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

  • Experience in designing innovative, learner centric, multiple delivery method learning solutions
  • Deep experience facilitating groups of individuals to unstructured outcomes
  • Business experience outside of Learning and Development
  • Skills in measurement and evaluation of training initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to creatively solve problems under pressure

The base pay range for this role is $79,800.00 to $108,790.00.

The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
