The Senior Manager, Global L&D Facilitation is accountable for leading a cross-border team of facilitators as they deliver high impact learning programs throughout TD Bank. The role is responsible for designing and implementing the global facilitation strategy to ensure colleagues are appropriately aligned and upskilled to deliver solutions that enhance employee skills, deliver against business objectives, and support TD’s learning culture.
