This Senior Learning Solutions Specialist reports to the Senior Director of Learning & Development. We are a small, collaborative learning team that embraces a personal growth mindset with a bias toward action and results.

As a Senior Learning Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end learning solutions, including learning experience design, instructional design, and solution development across various subject matters. You will work on blended learning initiatives, encompassing in-person, digital bespoke, and curated offerings. Strong analytical skills are essential for conducting needs assessments, analyzing data to inform decisions, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning solutions.

What You’ll Do…

  • Design and develop compelling blended learning solutions inclusive content, programs, and solutions inclusive of eLearning, short videos, job aids/performance support materials, social learning and learning pathways across a variety of subjects.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex information into clear, accessible and engaging solutions.
  • Work with stakeholders to define learning objectives, provide solution recommendations, and drive projects from intake to implementation.
  • Produce clear and concise materials such as courses, job aids, facilitator guides and course communication.
  • Lead learning solutions projects, including scoping out projects, presenting recommendations, identifying goals and objectives and creating project plans.
  • Maintain and enhance learning experience in the learning management system (Workday).
  • Collaborate to elevate the impact and quality of training and learning across the organization.
  • Develop measurement plans to evaluate impact of learning offerings & interventions.
  • Support and coordinate learning vendor content partnerships if needed.
  • Occasionally deliver or support classroom solutions (less than 5% of your time).

About You…

  • 5+ years of experience as a learning experience designer, instructional designer, or learning technologist in a fast-paced/agile environment.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex information into visually appealing and digestible formats.
  • Proficiency in Articulate Studio or similar course authoring technology.
  • Strong application of instructional design models, user-centered design, assessment, and curriculum design to create learner-centric solutions that address business challenges.
  • Experience with Workday Learning or similar LMS administration.
  • Commitment to staying current with industry trends, technology, and related fields in HR.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage evolving priorities, multiple projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Education Or Experience …

  • Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, eLearning, EdTech or related field. Advanced degree in adult learning/learning design a plus.
  • Experience designing holistic learning journeys, including pre- and post-learning activities, social/cohort models, and performance support methodologies.

In compliance with New York City’s Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary [wage] range for NYC-based applicants is: $95,000 – $105,000. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
