The Opportunity:
The Sr Learning and Development Consultant will collaborate with Training & Development Project Managers, Trainer/Designers, subject matter experts, and other key internal stakeholders to develop and maintain training content for customers, internal support staff, and sales across Roche products. You will design and develop training materials and programs applying adult learning principles and systemic instructional design to create learning curricula that best fits the needs of the content, including online, virtual instructor-led training and blended learning. You will leverage rapid, agile development techniques and create content for a rapidly changing environment.
You will be responsible for planning, conducting, and overseeing work involving the largest and most important/complex projects. Serve as Adult Learning Expert and provide expertise and consultation when partnering with cross-functional teams. Does not supervise but provides direction to team on projects and assignments. Works with minimum supervision. Reviews progress with management.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indiana is $74,200 – 137,800. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position is eligible to earn incentive compensation that is calculated and paid in accordance with the applicable Incentive Compensation Plan for the role.
