This is a regional remote position. The ideal candidate will be located in central Ohio.

Job Summary:

The Sr. Curriculum Designer supports business and employee growth through training and development initiatives. The role works directly with business partners to ensure smooth, consistent execution of training across IGS. The Sr. Curriculum Designer will design, organize, and oversee training initiatives to improve employee performance and ensure organizational productivity.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with business partners to assess training needs, align strategies with business goals, and allocate resources.
  • Designs, writes, and develops learning content with a focus on eLearning and interactive training, as well as supporting materials including facilitator guides, job aides, checklists, videos, etc.
  • Continuously improves existing training through redesign efforts and integrating new content and/or technology.
  • Effectively manages and prioritizes multiple projects with different timelines while requiring minimal supervision.
  • Stays professionally current by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, nurturing personal networks, and getting involved with industry organizations.
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of training initiatives and suggests relevant solutions to business partners.

Required Skills/Competencies:

  • Professional presence with the ability to interact and build strong working relationships with different business partners across the organization
  • Proactive and creative thinker capable of connecting diverse information
  • Attention to detail while balancing multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong project management skills

Minimum Education & Experience:

  • 4 to 6 years preferred experience in one or more of the following fields: education, learning & development, marketing, communications, sales.
  • Proficient with various instructional design tools (Articulate Suite, Camtasia, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Vyond, etc.)
  • Some travel required. Up to 10%

Salary Range:

$78,290.00 – $125,260.00

*This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.

This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance.
