Job Description

  • Support larger creative team in brainstorming sessions and concept creation
  • Complete research projects and other day-to-day requests
  • Assist in asset creation and deliver work you’re proud of
  • Apply a strong strategic sense and concept against creative briefs
  • Stay current on latest industry trends
  • Pays attention to the details: i.e., grammar
  • Maintain high quality on creative deliverables
  • Lean into the production of an idea to see it through to completion
  • Complete self-reviews
  • Input time consistently
  • Participate and help plan community-building events
  • Be receptive to constructive criticism
  • Be proactive in finding ways to support the creative team
  • Find moments to mentor junior copywriters


  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Communications, Creative Writing or Advertising/Portfolio school 
  • 3 – 5 years writing for an advertising or marketing agency
  • Portfolio that demonstrates conceptual brand work
  • Creative writing pieces; real and spec
  • Strong awareness and understanding of traditional and digital landscape, including online campaigns and interactive experiences
  • Into big ideas, creative details and eager to take on new responsibilities

Compensation Range:  $83.5K – $96K annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
