Our mission is to help those people find their inspiration and create a life they love. In your role, you’ll be challenged to take on work that upholds this mission and pushes Pinterest forward. You’ll grow as a person and leader in your field, all the while helping Pinners make their lives better in the positive corner of the internet.

Creating a life you love also means finding a career that celebrates the unique perspectives and experiences that you bring. As you read through the expectations of the position, consider how your skills and experiences may complement the responsibilities of the role. We encourage you to think through your relevant and transferable skills from prior experiences.

Our new progressive work model is called PinFlex, a term that’s uniquely Pinterest to describe our flexible approach to living and working. Visit our PinFlex landing page to learn more.

The Sales Enablement (SE) team is a multidisciplinary team dedicated to training and learning, sales content guidance and management as well as leading sales programs that increases the effectiveness and efficiency of Sales. We’re hiring a Curriculum Developer to help build and deliver best-in-class learning experiences for all global sellers at Pinterest.

What you’ll do:

  • Build our first comprehensive Sales eLearning program for Pinterest; excited by the opportunity to set a strategy and drive execution of materials for this crucial sales program.
  • Collaborate with XFN SMEs to design the right learning experiences, including conducting learning needs assessments, building learning personas, and learning goals.
  • Partner directly with subject matter experts to design and develop engaging experiences for a variety of audiences and delivery modes (live, e-learning, asynchronous) with clear strategies and tactics to achieve desired learning outcomes.
  • Lead all phases of the learning design process to identify needs, define objectives, design the experience, develop content, document results, and maintain program curriculum.
  • Define and report out metrics that assess learning effectiveness and/or opportunities.
  • Partner closely with other Learning professionals on the team (and across Pinterest) to ensure learning experiences are fun, engaging, and help sellers adopt new skills and abilities.
  • Partner with and communicate effectively, so that stakeholders, teammates, and leadership understand timelines and milestones.

What we’re looking for:

  • 7+ years experience in building and delivering a sales curriculum in an enterprise sales organization.
  • Excellent written and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to independently think and move quickly, manage multiple priorities, and make difficult tradeoffs to meet deadlines.
