Your role in our mission

• Design and develop learning and practice programs.
• Create and edit engaging learning activities and compelling course content and train multiple audiences on these.
• Work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify a target audience’s training needs and develop materials that meet instructional end goals and enhance the learning process.
• Analyze and apply trends and best practices on the use of learning technologies.
• Maintain project documentation and course folders.

What we’re looking for

• Four (4) or more years in instructional design and proficiency with learning management systems.
• Experience in applying various adult learning principles, methods, and standards.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent public presentation and speaking skills, with demonstrated professionalism in communication with members, as well as the ability to effectively communicate in small groups.
• Strong organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and customer service skills, along with an exceptional attention to detail and the ability to effectively work independently to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment with changing priorities.

What you should expect in this role

• Must be a resident of the state of California.
• Hybrid work environment 1-2 days a week in the office as needed for face-to-face and client meetings with the remainder of time remote work. The office is in the Roseville/Sacramento area.

The pay range for this position is $55,300.00 – $79,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
