KPMG’s Business School (KBS) Audit is committed to building the Audit professionals’ knowledge and skills to maintain and uphold audit quality in client work. Towards this end, KBS supports their professional development through development and delivery of high quality, interactive training. The Performance and Learning Consultant collaborates with key staff members and clients to analyze learning needs, recommend learning solutions, implement the appropriate delivery systems for our clients and evaluate and measure for learning effectiveness. In addition, they assist in organizing, leading and managing the effective execution of multiple projects, including complex strategic projects. Effective execution means consistently completing simple and complex projects on-time and on-budget. The Performance and Learning Consultant also develops and maintains ongoing relationships with clients, project team members and external vendors.

As project leader, and as the situation warrants, engages client in performance conversations using performance map and interview methodology

KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information
The expected base salary range for this position is $54,000 to $81,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
