Overview

The Organizational Development and Learning Consultant is a results-driven specialist that collaborates with department leaders in identifying training needs, delivering customized learning solutions and helping drive engagement and retention through impactful development initiatives. This role involves creating, implementing, evaluating and facilitating learning programs, including e-learning, workshops, onboarding and blended solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with department leaders to identify training needs and deliver tailored learning solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Create, develop, implement, and evaluate learning programs, including e-learning modules, in-person workshops, new hire onboarding and blended learning solutions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in facilitation and instructional design, providing strategic guidance on best practices for adult learning and technology integration.
  • Facilitate engaging, high-impact training sessions for employees at all levels, including leadership development programs.
  • Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content relevance, accessibility, and reporting accuracy.
  • Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to continuously improve training programs and measure their effectiveness.
  • Consult with stakeholders to enhance standardized onboarding and orientation programs for new hires, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance and accreditation-related training initiatives are effectively delivered and meet required standards in collaboration with the system-wide ODL team.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends in learning technologies and instructional methodologies to innovate the organization’s learning strategies.
  • Respond to leader and organizational needs by providing coaching and remediation support.
  • Act as an Ambassador to increase Engagement and Retention.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by management within job scope.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in related field required.

5 to 7 years experience in organizational development, education, instructional design, or related field required.
