We are searching for the best talent for a Manufacturing Training Coordinator to be in Raynham, MA.

Purpose: The Manufacturing Training Coordinator is a key position supporting operations/manufacturing training for Joints Operations, as well as ensuring the production floor retains proficiency on the job as well as delivery the best quality product to our customer. Attention to detail is critical in executing training strategies with the shop floor operators. If a proper training program does not exist to maintain the quality of the product or new equipment/operation is being introduces to the Raynham Joints Operations shop floor then the individual must work cross-functionally with the Quality Training organization to develop the training program in an expeditious manner.

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Responsible for preparing training completion timeliness and results as required by management for the Operations shop floor
  • Supports in the development and maintenance of Operations Training Curricula
  • Coordinates class arrangements, facilities, and needed resources for training programs.
  • Coordinates with the Quality Training organization participation in the training program for new hires.
  • Organizes and delivers materials such as participant manuals, tent cards, visual aids for all workshops.
  • Provides support to the training area during audits/inspections.
  • Coordinates and maintains the training area resources (equipment and material).
  • Communicates and escalates to the next management level as needed
  • Executes any other activity as required by the management.
  • Experience as subject matter trainer to conduct Train the Trainer and training sessions
  • Leads projects of low complexity.
  • Can create procedures and / or collaborate in relation to the training processes
  • Comply with all applicable quality management system, environmental, safety and occupational health policies.
  • Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
  • Supports cross functional groups including, but not limited to, Engineering and Opex to facilitate testing, validations, capacity and flow projects and other topics as requested.
  • Follow all applicable EHSS policies and procedures which includes PPE, work practices, and control measures. Promptly report EHSS Incidents and Good Saves Complete EHSS training and CAPAs on-time. Ensure department waste is segregated for proper disposal (recycle vs trash).
  • Performs other duties assigned as needed

For Raynham Joints Manufacturing ONLY including Quality and Engineering functions

  • Administrates the LMS
  • Process and manage TCRs for OJTs including:
  • ADD/REMOVE LMS items as it relates to shop floor support for day-to-day operations
  • Support and/or drive Curriculum management as required by business needs.
  • Coordinate with Quality the completion and certification of OPCERT and OJT requirements for operations resources.
  • Partner with Quality Training for Raynham Joints Manufacturing to review execution and changes of Training processes and administration to maintain alignment with Franchise procedures.
  • Support Global Training – New Hire Orientation Process. Serve as backup to Quality function as required by business needs

Qualifications / Requirements

Education And Experience:

Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to learn and adhere to specific procedures according to the department training plan.
  • Ability to read, comprehend and apply documentation such as safety, operating and maintenance instructions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele base.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with coworkers and the public.
  • Ability to perform duties in accordance with policies and procedures and in to comply civil rights requirements.
  • Demonstrates understanding of health and safety requirements.
  • Able to deliver oral and written communications and use electronic systems.

Preferred

  • Lean/Six Sigma knowledge preferred.
  • 12 months or more hands-on-experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Demonstrates organized, analytical approach to problem solving.
  • Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production operations and machinery. .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to complete reports and logs.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $59,000 to $74,000.

Additional Description For Pay Transparency

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

  • Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
