Job Description:

As the Manager of Curriculum and Instructional Support, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of world class curriculum and instructional support to learners. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of curriculum development, instructional coverage, and feedback mechanisms to drive continuous improvement. This role requires a strong blend of instructional expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for enhancing the learning experience.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Instructional Coverage (~50%):
    • Serve as an AIML or Data Analytics lead instructor. Substitute when required to maintain seamless delivery of educational content. This includes leading Full-time, Part-time AM or PM bootcamps, open support coverage as needed
  • Monitoring Curriculum Feedback (~25%):
    • Regularly monitor feedback from both instructors and learners regarding the curriculum (NPS, Session CSAT, Slack). Serve as a liaison with the curriculum development team to address concerns, implement improvements, and ensure the curriculum meets the evolving needs of learners.  This includes semi annual full curriculum reviews in partnership with the content team.  
  • Marketing and Enrollment Support (~25%):
    • Assist in creating marketing content such as blogs to promote educational offerings and engage with learners.  Provide Slack support answering content related questions for the enrollment team.  Lead webinars with prospective learners once a week instilling confidence and excitement in the product.  Lead quarterly training for all internal stakeholders to ensure all are equipped with the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively support learners.  

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or the related content fields listed above. 
  • Prior experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or instruction
  • 3+ years industry experience in the AIML space
  • Strong understanding of instructional methodologies and educational best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in analyzing feedback data and implementing actionable improvements.
  • Familiarity with educational technology tools and platforms is a plus.
  • Flexible work schedule to sub for cohorts as required

Schedule: 

  • Approximately 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM EST for part-time evening bootcamp instruction. Hours may vary based on learner needs.

Compensation: 

  • $80,000 – $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
