We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager of Learning & Development Strategy to lead the creation of exceptional learning experiences to ensure our new and existing customers effectively use the ever evolving capabilities of the Hi Marley platform. In this role, you will define our onboarding and ongoing learning strategy based on customer persona and carrier segment and lead the evolution of our performance support assets and the associated technology to deliver them. The ideal candidate posseses a strong blend of learning and development expertise and B2B SaaS and/or P&C insurance.
