Position Summary:
The Center for REALTOR® Development (CRD), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), is seeking an innovative Manager, Learning and Digital Design to shape engaging, high-impact learning experiences for real estate professionals. This role is perfect for a creative and detail-oriented learning professional who thrives on designing engaging courses, repurposing educational content, and driving the evolution of modern learning solutions. You’ll work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), vendors, and cross-functional teams to create high-quality courses, webinars, and learning content that aligns with instructional design best practices and industry trends.
