Position Summary

As the Learning and Development (L&D) Manager at e.l.f. Beauty, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing our learning and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our e.l.f.z. You will be responsible for leveraging instructional design, eLearning development, project management, and creative skills to deliver engaging and effective learning experiences across e.l.f. Beauty.

Responsibilities  

Program Design and Execution:

  • Support the implementation of comprehensive learning and development programs aligned with People Development goals and employee development needs.
  • Design engaging and interactive learning materials, including eLearning modules, instructor-led training materials, videos, and other multimedia content.
  • Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders across e.l.f. Beauty to gather content, insights, and feedback for the development of learning materials.

L&D Administration:

  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of our e.l.f. University (Learning Management System Absorb), including content – management, user management, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Implement strategies to enhance learner engagement and motivation, such as gamification, social learning, and personalized learning pathways, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate key metrics, trends, and achievements to key stakeholders.

Project Management:

  • Support and, in some cases, manage end-to-end learning projects, including scoping, planning, budgeting, resource allocation, execution, and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of learning initiatives and programs.
  • Evaluate and select external training partners and consultants to complement internal capabilities and resources.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and tracking of SAP implementation training plans

Learning Culture Ambassador:

  • Organize and facilitate learning events, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Champion the use of social learning to foster knowledge exchange and peer-to-peer learning. 

L&D Marketing:

  • Develop marketing and communication strategies to promote learning opportunities and increase employee engagement in L&D programs.
  • Utilize creative skills to design visually appealing and compelling promotional materials, such as posters, emails, and social media posts. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in instructional design, eLearning development, and LMS administration.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in video editing software and graphic design tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for designing innovative learning solutions.

$100,000 – $110,000 a year
