Job Summary

The Global Leadership Development Manager plays a critical role in this transformation by managing leadership programs, collaborating with global teams, shaping governance and metrics, and delivering impactful learning experiences. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Leadership Development, this role requires expertise in leadership development, project management, learning technologies, and scalable solutions that align with organizational goals.

Core Work Activities

  • Develop and deliver leadership development programs aligned with organizational strategy, ensuring innovative and scalable solutions that meet diverse business needs.
  • Manage critical aspects of program deployment, including timelines, resource allocation, communications, participant engagement, logistics, and coordination with internal teams, faculty, and vendors.
  • Develop and implement governance frameworks to ensure consistency, efficiency, and optimization of processes, tools, and resources, driving strategic alignment of leadership initiatives with organizational goals and enabling scalable, high-impact solutions.
  • Collaborate with global teams to align leadership development initiatives, share best practices, and ensure consistency while providing expert consultation on leadership and adult learning principles to address specific business challenges.
  • Apply advanced learning evaluation techniques and leverage data analytics to assess leadership development needs, measure program effectiveness, track behavior change, and identify actionable opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Integrate emerging learning technologies (e.g., AI tools, LXP, LRS, LMS) into program development and delivery to enhance the learning experience and efficiency.
  • Facilitate engaging and impactful leadership development sessions and workshops for leaders at all levels.
  • Lead or collaborate in cross-functional projects to develop and implement leadership initiatives, balancing competing priorities and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and development, advocating for innovation and the adoption of best practices across the organization.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior leaders, to gain alignment, drive engagement, and influence outcomes.
  • Adapt and innovate in a dynamic environment, addressing challenges and navigating ambiguity with resilience and resourcefulness.

Candidate Profile

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Leadership, or related field (required). Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership development, learning & development, or talent management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, leadership development best practices, and learning evaluation strategies.
  • Proven experience in program and project management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proven ability to facilitate engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences, including senior leaders.
  • Proficiency in leveraging learning technologies (e.g., LMS, LXP, LRS) and emerging tools.

Some travel will be required.

The salary range for this position is $93,400 to $146,100 annually.
