Position Description
The Curriculum Designer will be responsible for leading the development, enhancement, and innovation of educational content and learning resources to support the growth and effectiveness of coaching education and development programs. This role will work closely with the Senior Director Strategy & Operations, Director of Coaching Education, Senior Coach Educator Developers, and other key stakeholders to design high-quality, engaging, and modern learning experiences aligned with U.S. Soccer’s strategic objectives.
Reporting to the Director of Coaching Education, the Curriculum Designer will ensure that all educational materials incorporate best practices in instructional design, digital learning, and coaching methodology, while continuously evaluating and improving content based on data and feedback.
