The Manager, Content Development is responsible to lead a blended team of instructional designers and technical writers responsible for designing engaging learning experiences across multiple departments and developing knowledge resources that empower our employees. This proactive leader will focus on aligning instructional design and knowledge management efforts into a seamless, user[1]centered experience and driving consistency, efficiency, and innovation across both disciplines while ensuring their integration supports business needs.
