Job Overview

A strategic leader and problem solver that leads a team through innovative sales enablement projects to drive increased productivity and sales. This leader cultivates a high-performing team, empowering them to develop, implement, and optimize impactful initiatives that maximize sales productivity and success. 

Responsibilities

Strategic Problem-Solving:

  • Project Management: Overseeing key initiatives, ensuring they stay on track, on budget, and achieve their objectives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitating communication and coordination between Sales Enablement and other departments (Sales, Marketing, Product, etc.)
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Working with data to track and analyze key performance indicators, providing insights to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Process Optimization: Identifying and implementing improvements to streamline processes and boost efficiency within the department.

Operational Support:

  • Communication & Coordination: Acting as a central point of contact for the Sales Enablement team, managing communications and ensuring everyone is informed and aligned.
  • Team Support: Providing support to the Sales Enablement team, addressing their needs and concerns, and contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Rhythm of the Business Operating Mechanisms: Assisting with the creation and monitoring of sales enablement team performance and impact. 

Process Improvement:

  • Continuously evaluate existing processes within the Sales Enablement team to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives, leveraging data analysis and cross-functional collaboration to implement changes that drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement standardized processes, workflows, and documentation to ensure consistency and scalability.

Leadership Support:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic counsel, data-driven recommendations, and thought partnership on key decisions.
  • Lead or support special projects navigating ambiguity and driving toward impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in sales, sales enablement, operations, or strategy.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High level of adaptability and flexibility, comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $189,500 – 256,000, Southern California $162,000 – 219,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
