Job Summary
The LMS Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the internal and external Learning Management System to support Ventra Health’s training and educational objectives. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in administering LMS platforms, a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for enhancing the learning experience. This role is for a 6-month 1099 contract.

Base Compensation for this position: $45.00 – $55.00 Hourly
Base Compensation will be based on various factors unique to each candidate including geographic location, skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons
This position is also eligible for discretionary performance bonuses in accordance with company policies
