Our Corporate Technology team is responsible for the development of software solutions for all internal Veeam business departments as well as external customers and partners. We provide software applications, services, and data to automate businesses processes and maximize efficiency throughout the enterprise. 

This role is a member of the Business Applications team.

Your tasks will include: 

  • Upload, configure, and manage online courses, training curriculums, and associated materials. 
  • Facilitate knowledge assessments and evaluations. 
  • Work closely with content creators to ensure alignment with training objectives. 
  • Schedule, coordinate, and oversee instructor led training (ILT) events and sessions. 
  • Oversee user groups and establish appropriate user security protocols. 
  • Design communication templates, generate detailed reports, and establish dashboards. 
  • Implement workflows for streamlined task assignments. 
  • Provide assistance to system users for functional queries. 
  • Leverage all existing knowledge sources to identify solutions for various LMS problems (online help, customer support, customer success forums, internal Confluence knowledge base, etc.)
  • Escalate product issues with the LMS provider’s Customer Support service. 

What we expect: 

  • Previous HR or LMS systems administration experience required.
  • Well organized, with great attention to detail. 
  • Ability to solve problems, make decisions and take actions. 
  • Ability to interact and work well with associates at all levels. 
  • Good knowledge of Excel. 
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS. 
  • Good command of English language, both written and spoken.

What will be an advantage: 

  • Previous experience in administrating Cornerstone on Demand LMS (CSOD) highly desired.  
  • Core CSX System Administration Certification desired. 
  • Working experience with ServiceNow, Confluence, and Jira is a plus.
