The Global LMS Specialist is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing HPS’ Learning Management System (LMS) to meet global learning & development needs and requirements, ensuring the seamless delivery of eLearning content in multiple languages and formats that are WCAG compliant, aligning with HPS’ diverse and worldwide workforce.

This position acts as the primary point of contact for LMS technical support, configuration, and reporting, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Configure and maintain the LMS, including user roles, permissions, categories, rules/automatic assignments user notifications and learning content (Courses & Curricula).
• Manage system updates, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with the LMS vendor to promptly resolve issues.
• Upload, organize, and maintain eLearning courses, curricula, and training resources in multiple languages and formats.
• Ensure AODA/WCAG compliance for all learning content.
• Support P&C communication efforts related to Learning & Development via the LMS.
• Develop & maintain the Global LMS Manual, additional user guides and FAQs for employees.
• Manage multilingual configurations to deliver content effectively across diverse regions.
• Provide technical support and training to regional delegates, so they can effectively support HPS end-users.
• Ensure seamless integration with HPS’ HRIS, external libraries of eLearning content and other tools.
• Automate notifications, course enrollments, and reminders for compliance training.

Do you qualify? We are seeking:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Instructional Design, Information Systems, HR, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum one (1) year of LMS administration experience in a global organization.
• Experience with UKG Pro Learning or similar platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with HRIS and data integration tools.
