Key Responsibilities:

• Boot Camp Leadership: Lead and enhance the Colossyan Boot Camp to help customers maximize platform value, including creating training materials, gathering feedback, and implementing certification.
• Event Representation: Represent Colossyan at industry events, boosting brand visibility and engaging with participants.
• Social Media Engagement: Maintain an active presence on social media by sharing content that highlights Colossyan’s L&D initiatives and achievements.
• Webinar Hosting: Plan and host webinars on L&D trends and challenges, collaborating with experts for valuable insights.
• Podcast Production: Host and manage a podcast series on L&D topics, handling all aspects from topic selection to publishing.
• Video Content Creation: Produce engaging educational videos for YouTube, promoting Colossyan’s expertise in L&D.
• Content Production: Create insightful content like articles, blog posts, and whitepapers tailored for the L&D audience.
• Community Building: Build and nurture a community of L&D professionals through discussions, resource sharing, and organizing meetups.
• Thought Leadership: Establish Colossyan as a thought leader in L&D by pioneering innovative practices, public speaking, and co-creating content with industry leaders.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, or a related field. We’re open to experiences from any industry!
• Strong content creation skills across various formats, including video, written, social media and podcasts.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Ability to engage and build relationships with customers, community members, and industry professionals.
• Experience with event representation, webinar hosting, or podcast production is a plus.
• A passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be:

Between $100,000 and $150,000/year. Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
