This is not a remote role and will require the incumbent to work a hybrid work schedule (3 days a week onsite)
The Learning Program Manager will be responsible for launching, executing, and commercializing global enterprise and functional capabilities development programs (change management, digital, and franchise learning programs plus enterprise skills strategy and capability network activities). This includes marketing, as well as short- and long-term forecasting needs, and maintaining engagement. They will indirectly manage flexible cross-functional project teams to operationalize these programs. Furthermore, this individual will be expected to collaborate closely with subject matter experts, program owners, and logistics and delivery teams in order to execute both short-term and long-term initiatives. Their goal will be to optimize the learning experience, drive utilization, and maintain high-quality standards.
Key tasks include assisting in learning program ideation and creation, and then leading the change management, launch, maintenance, and sunset phases of the program life cycle. Specifically, this position will define and execute change management strategies and/or communication campaigns, organize cross-functional teams using best practices for program management, and use data to measure program impact. The position involves managing delivery and operational budgets and addressing any program concerns. It also requires suggesting improvements to managed programs based on feedback.
