What is the Opportunity?

Acts as a primary delivery advisor, responsible for the end-to-end program management and execution for learning solutions within an assigned portfolio. Accountable for partnering with key stakeholders across various Lines of Business (LOBs) to ensure implementation and delivery of learning programs. Delivers on desired outcomes and addresses identified learning and performance gaps.

What will you do?

  • Manage all aspects of delivery including risks and potential impact; post-implementation review with a view to refinement, cost containment, adjustment and continuous improvement.
  • Utilize unit-based costing model to create and validate estimates; assist in the building of program road maps; manage scope changes.
  • Manage planning and implementation of learning program deliveries/scheduling of leader/facilitator led sessions within an assigned portfolio (i.e. classroom, web-ex, video conferencing, and leadership conferences/forums), providing advice and council as needed.
  • Manage learning program delivery scheduling and planning to maximize resource use and minimize costs providing senior management with timely updates on operational delivery issues.
  • Participate in planning, costing, and monitoring budget including invoice payments for purchases relating to the delivery of learning events including charge outs.
  • Provide reporting (when required) of enrolment stats (i.e. attendees, cancellations, and no shows) to provide value and insights.
  • Attend LOB planning meetings, town halls and regular meetings as required.
  • Participate in Program Post Implementation Reviews
  • Partner with Vendor Management to manage relationships with external service providers; follows VM processes and procedures when engaging external vendors; approve project-related vendor invoices.
  • Maintain an understanding of current trends, systems, technologies, and practices; and proactively share insights and best practices in design and development.
  • Source / contract – rooms/venues/locations (including room set-up recommendations); internal/external facilitation vendors; hospitality, audio/visual; print/vendor materials.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-4 or more years of experience in project or program management
  • Experience managing a budget
  • Strong organization skills in a role that manages multiple priorities simultaneously

Nice-to-Have

  • 2-4 or more years of experience in a Learning & Development role
  • Experience in banking or financial services, specifically Capital Markets
  • Experience using Workday or another HRIS
  • Experience using a survey collection tool like Achievers, Survey Monkey or Qualtrics

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $65,000- $105,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
