About the Role

We are looking for a Learning Delivery Managerto lead the facilitation and implementation of our training programs for the Auto Crash and Claims vertical. This role will ensure that all learning solutions are delivered according to best-practice processes and methods and always in alignment with our unique operating model. With the US&C and Global Claims Team relying on L&D to equip them with the knowledge and know-how to help our customers, it’s imperative that our L&D tools, content, and deployment channels are efficient, effective, and in-sync with business operations .
This role is pivotal in ensuring we’re able to create the best learning experience to increase retention and transfer of both technical and non-technical subject matter.

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$116,000 per year – USD$128,500 per year.
For Phoenix, AZ-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$103,000 per year – USD$114,500 per year.
