About the Role

We are seeking a Learning Operations Specialist to provide critical coordination, logistical, and operational support for our Learning & Development (L&D), Onboarding, and HR Programming initiatives. This role is aligned by functional programming and will be a key player in ensuring seamless execution of employee development programs.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting employee growth. This role will interface with facilitators, stakeholders, and participants to deliver a high-quality learning experience while maintaining accurate program records to drive insights on participation and effectiveness.

What You’ll Do

Program Coordination & Logistics

  • Coordinate training resources, calendars, and logistics across Onboarding, L&D, and HR Programming initiatives
  • Manage participant communications, including invitations, reminders, pre-work materials, and follow-ups.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for operational and logistical questions from facilitators and participants.
  • Ensure training materials and technology (e.g., LMS platforms, virtual tools) are prepared and distributed in advance

Operational Support

  • Lead end-to-end coordination of learning sessions, including scheduling, venue/virtual setup, and facilitator support.
  • Partner with facilitators and vendors to ensure high-quality delivery and seamless execution.
  • Troubleshoot technical or logistical issues during sessions.

Data Management & Insights

  • Maintain L&D program records — participation, attendance, and assessment results across programs.
  • Collaborate with the People Analytics team to generate insights on program effectiveness, participation, and engagement trends.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development, HR Operations, Event Coordination, or similar roles.
  • Experience with data management and reporting tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel, or data visualization platforms).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with LMS platforms, scheduling tools, and virtual collaboration technologies.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered learning tools and virtual collaboration platforms (Zoom, Google Meet).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple programs simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and L&D best practices.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$90,000 per year – USD$100,000 per year.
