What are we looking for?

Working with training leadership and other key stakeholders, this position collaborates with department leadership and members of the training team to facilitate the administration, organization, and reporting of training activities including maintenance of training programs through our learning and content management systems. This position works with department leadership to create, update, and distribute Enterprise Learning, Training, and Performance Improvement reports, including but not limited to completion of employee development training programs and new hire training requirements as well as related training outcomes. In addition, this position will be a main point of contact for the Summer Intern Program and will coordinate and support all related logistics and reporting.

Where you will have an impact

  • Ensures enterprise learning processes and policies are administered effectively
  • Coordinates training class schedules and communicates with learners and managers
  • Maintains training records such as training requests, training rosters, calendars, and attendance records in content management systems including our LMS
  • Tracks and coordinates knowledge base change requests
  • Creates learning paths, assigns training curricula, and manages user permissions and roles in the LMS and other content management systems
  • Tracks and reports on course completion and graduation rates for training programs
  • Collects and analyzes data on training activities, knowledge base usage, and course outcomes
  • Partners with training leadership to create and distribute detailed reporting on training outcomes and trends
  • Creates new resources and updates departmental processes to support the team as needed
  • Communicates with all levels of employees within the organization to coordinate new training and knowledge base change requests
  • Communicates with stakeholders, coordinates logistics, creates and provides outcome reports related to the Summer Intern program
  • May be required to provide LMS technical support regarding course enrollments and reporting
  • Other duties as assigned

What’s necessary to do the job?

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years experience working in a similar role required
  • Demonstrated experience managing and administering a learning management system
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting
  • Knowledge and experience in insurance, health, or vision care industry a plus
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work quickly and juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Advanced software proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence reporting tools such as Tableau preferred
  • Experience using virtual meeting tools such as Microsoft Teams or similar products

The wage range for applicants for this position is [$65,000.00 to $70,000.00].
