AWS Data Center Learning is responsible for providing training and career development based learning paths to all new and existing data center technicians world-wide. Our team is constantly looking to optimize the training experience and provide our field operations teams with the highest skilled workforce.
The Learning Exp Designer will ensure that we’re aligned to the highest value learning opportunities to not only improve our learner experience, but to drive internal development processes as well. Responsibilities include working with cross-functional teams on process optimization and training content development that supports reduction in time-to-productivity and decrease in error rates for Data Center roles. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced, highly engaged environment, and has the ability to connect the dots organizationally, network effortlessly and influence various roles, levels and profiles to drive collaboration, as well as grow fellow designers and develop the best.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $215,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
