The Role

Reporting to the Director, Learning and Development, this role supports Learning & Development and culture and engagement work at Servicon. The Learning & Engagement Coordinator will play a key role in bringing Servicon’s purpose to life every day by contributing to daily work and specific projects that drive learning, promote engagement, manage performance, and build Servicon’s current and future leaders.

What You Will Do

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs and development initiatives, to include (but not limited to): promote and drive employee attendance, manage reminders and track attendance for live training events, manage program surveys, employee recognition programs, schedule and arrange for necessary resources (equipment, spaces/virtual spaces, materials, etc.).
  • Provide administrative support for the Learning Management System (LMS), including initial user support/management, course uploads, and collaborate with other partners to audit data across integrated systems.
  • Track and report on training completions and communicate with employees and/or leaders to prompt compliance training completion within defined due dates.
  • Provide administrative support for the performance management system, including initial user support/management, track and report progress of employee’s performance process.
  • Support Employee Engagement surveys and other related surveys and culture activities by coordinating logistics and communication, collecting data and coordinating responses.
  • Create, translate and maintain departmental communications and recommend ways to improve efficiency.
  • Provide assistance to the Chief People Officer or others on projects or administrative tasks as directed
  • Flexibility to occasionally support training sessions, New Employee/Client onboarding, or engagement events outside of standard business hours, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

What It Takes To Be Successful

  • Hybrid 1-2 days in office per or as needed
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills; a genuine passion for collaborating and bringing organizational culture to life
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word applications
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Experience planning and executing logistics of events
  • Solid time and project management skills; meets deadlines and establishes necessary plans to deliver quality work
  • Minimum 2 years professional experience in an administrative support role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Pay Range And Compensation Package

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $28-$32 per hour. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education. You will also be eligible for annual cash bonuses based upon performance and other factors.
