About the team:
The Business Training & Development team enables the Global Business Solutions (GBS) organization with Product and Sales Enablement, and Leadership & Professional Development. About the role: This role partners with Product teams teams to build internal product education and “go-to-marktet” (GTM) for the GBS sales organization The core focus is on building learning strategy and operationalizing ways of working to drive scalable product education to the business.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Enablement, partner with the product team to deliver training for Sales
- Design the learning strategy for a sales organization focusing on improving expertise in understanding and positioning product solutions
- Develop global frameworks to enhance product education and product adoption for the GBS sales organization
- Establish strong relationships with Product Solutions & Operations (PSO), Global Marketing and Business Training Specialists (PSO being the key business partner)
- Support the creation of an operational model tying together internal and external GTM for product education, aligning narratives, communication and training with PSO and Global Marketing teams
- Act as the voice of the business training team to the product team and vice-versa.
- Integrate product learning content workflows with the Product Strategy & Operations teams to establish a learning framework where information is being shared with the sales organization at regular cadence
- Track, analyze and report on business outcomes and ROI for all product-specific learning initiatives
- Partner with Product teams to deliver product training to sales teams, as applicable
- Product Team Enablement, understanding and supporting development of the Product teams
- Support learning strategy and training for the Product teams to enhance communication, influence and leadership capabilities, as applicable
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to work out of our office in San Jose, CA
- 5+ years of overall experience
- 2+ years in product space in the digital advertising industry
- Experience in developing sales enablement programs and GTM strategies
- A commercial and data-driven mindset with experience conducting research and analysis; building business cases to influence management decisions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with and supporting global teams
- Strong track record of influencing cross-functional teams
- Ability to set priorities, problem solve and multi-task
- Flexible collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Information
For Pay Transparency – Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $103000 – $145000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
