LVMH Fashion Group is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to join its Human Resources team. This role will support learning and development activities for both the retail and corporate populations within five LVMH Maisons: CELINE, Givenchy, Loewe, Kenzo, and Emilio Pucci. The position will also lead Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives and support Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts in North America.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning & Development
- Lead all learning and development activities for both retail and corporate employees across the Maisons.
- Design, implement, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and career development.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and virtually.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure effective delivery and tracking of training programs.
- Collaborate with department heads and store managers to identify training needs and develop tailored learning solutions.
- Collaborate with global talent leaders to identify and understand the development needs of each Maison on a global scale.
- Collaborate with the Director to optimize the process of nominating talents for Maison and group programs and offerings in partnership with LVMH Inc and LVMH House Americas
- Work closely with HR Business Partners to advocate for and place talents in appropriate programs, ensuring optimal learning experiences.
- Coordinate with group learning partners to enroll talents in sessions, ensuring thorough follow-up and communication with HR Business Partners and Line Managers.
- Provide coaching and support to employees and managers to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Partner with global talent heads to understand the development need for each Maison globally
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes by assessing and comprehending analytical data and return on investment (ROI) for each development initiative.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and e-learning content.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion
- Lead Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, including coordinating the DE&I Committee that meets quarterly to highlight and drive DE&I initiatives.
- Develop and implement monthly events or initiatives to celebrate and highlight dedicated diverse months, fostering an inclusive culture within the organization.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions focused on DE&I topics to educate and engage employees, promoting awareness and understanding across all levels of the organization.
Job Responsibilities
Corporate Social Responsibility
- Support Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives by developing and implementing programs that align with the Maisons’ values and goals.
- Animate volunteer opportunities for our corporate and retail network in North America aligned with our Maison vision and values
- Collaborate with LVMH Inc. on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) engagements, ensuring alignment with broader company goals and initiatives.
- Organize and promote activities during Climate Week and other significant events to raise social awareness and encourage sustainable practices within the organization.
Qualifications:
- B.S./B.A. degree or related experience required.
- 3+ years of experience in learning and development, preferably within the retail industry.
- Train-the-trainer
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
- Deep understanding of the retail métier and the unique challenges and opportunities within the industry.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels.
- Passion for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion with experience leading DE&I initiatives.
- Commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility and experience developing and implementing CSR programs.

The compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 – $85,000 (annually). The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience. In addition, there is a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks, and a retirement plan with employer contribution.
Office Structure: 3 days in office / 2 days remote
