As the Learning & Development Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for the development, coordination, implementation and presentation of training programs for employees. You will identify training tools and programs to support the objectives and transformation of the business. You will be responsible to partner with management to ensure successful specific job training needs in the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Defines the curriculum and implements the programs and tools for job specific training.
  • Responsible to partner with management to ensure successful specific job training needs in the organization.
  • Identifies and assesses current and future training needs through consultation with managers and business leaders.
  • Develops and delivers tools and training via web, video, e-learning or in person, by exhibiting and engaging, high energy, high impact facilitation style and strategy.
  • Works closely with management team to align training with business specific training programs/initiatives, identifying process efficiency improvements.
  • Develops and documents training tools and processes, including instruction manuals, job aides, presentations and webinars.
  • Monitors and evaluates training programs, tools, usage and effectiveness through reporting and analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree – Business Administration/Marketing required; Masters Degree preferred
  • 6+ years – Developing, delivering, and documenting classroom, virtual, and e-learning courses
  • 3+ years – Working as a team lead or manager
  • 5+ years – Conducting analysis on training program effectiveness preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and manage a variety of resources
  • Developing training materials and programs from scratch, formally or informally
  • Ability to consult with all levels of management to determine viable solutions to complex problems in a corporate environment
  • Understands traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

Compensation Details: $101,305 – $136,761

The compensation amount is not guaranteed. This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position, however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, experience and qualifications.
