Who We Are

Ardent offers a small company feel, with big company results. As learning consultants, we power our clients’ workforce transformations through custom learning and performance solutions.

Our three decades of success is due to Ardent’s tenacious team who embody client services in all we do; we are driven, flexible, and highly skilled. We’re always on the lookout for innovative, curious, and passionate people who can help us continue to support our clients and achieve our goals.

And we’re growing! Currently, we’re looking for a Contract Learning & Development Manager (1099) to join our extended team. You will be responsible for the overall execution of project engagements, keeping the account strategy top of mind. You’ll act as the anchor for the project team — facilitating strategic conversations with the client and leading the overall planning and implementation of projects to ensure client specifications and deadlines are met.

This is a long-term contract position with a high growth, innovative global tech company. The expectation is that candidates will accommodate a hybrid work environment, including 3 days each week in an office location in Santa Clara Valley, CA with the other 2 days being remote. There will be occasional travel to meet with team members in another office location in Phoenix, AZ. The rate for this particular role is $65/hour, which will ultimately take into account candidates’ level of experience, education, and geographic location. There is not a variable compensation element associated with this role.

We’re excited to connect with candidates who align with our values and the qualifications outlined below.
