The Learning & Development (L&D) Manager is responsible for the design ing , implementing , and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills, performance, producti vity, and knowledge . Th is role supports the organization’s goals by fostering a culture of contin uous learning and professional development through learning, engagement, and employee communications . A significant focus of this role will be developing and managing digital learning content, that will focus on Product, Sales, Customer Service, Brand, Health & Safety, Compliance, Diversity & Inclusion and Well-being. This role supports the availability of ac c essible and impactful learning and development resources to meet our diverse employee needs .
