Position Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead our organization’s learning strategy and talent development initiatives across Lindt USA. This strategic role will oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive learning programs that drive operational excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop our workforce capabilities in alignment with business objectives. Working closely with senior leadership, this role will shape the company’s learning culture and drive talent development initiatives that support business transformation and growth.
This is a hybrid role that requires three days per week in our Stratham, NH corporate office.

Lindt USA’s salary range reflects market rates based on our size, revenue, and location. Starting pay is determined using a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience as well as market conditions. A bonus and/or long-term incentive may be included as part of this compensation package.
