Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative items such as answering and filtering emails, assembling, and distributing documents and materials, setting up and refreshing training and meeting rooms
  • Building out courses in the learning management system
  • Setting up and tracking training programs in the learning management system
  • Build and generate reports from various systems and programs
  • Provide support to employees by email, phone, and video calls
  • Other duties as assigned, including but not limited to:
    • Assist and support course and program design, coordination, and implementation
    • Moderate courses, workshops, webinars, meetings, and other events
    • Assist with manual, document, and presentation creation

Requirements:

  • Candidates preferably are current college students and at least 18 years old
  • Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to learn e-learning software by the industry leader creator platform for workplace learning
  • Detail-Oriented 
  • Ability to learn quickly, comfortable navigating multiple software’s and systems 
  • Overall curiosity for learning and development
  • Highly motivated; a go-getter willing to go the extra mile
  • Seek to collaborate with others in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to deliver quality work that meets requirements and deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable learning new technology
  • Possess a team-first, positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently
  • Passionate about personal and professional development
  • Eager to be part of a growing and evolving team and organization
