End-to-end training experience is a must – from class administration, communications, live and virtual facilitation, and analytics for improvement.

Duties/Responsibilities

“Practice” Areas

  • Independently complete tasks which support the planning or development of global or country-specific LD programs, courses, processes and policies, or give input for operational execution plans
  • Provide response to questions or concerns raised by HR Partners/other HR team members for LD; may suggest improvements or changes to established processes and courses

“Operations” Areas

  • Independently complete operational work activities related to LD, including all program, and logistic tasks
  • Complete work tasks related to the administration of learning within the Learning management system
  • Initially deliver lower-level leadership courses to mainly individual contributor roles under the oversight/ collaboration of their manager or similar role in global LD
  • Will work on developing our new or improved LD courses, processes, procedures or systems.
  • Participate on Ops or cross-functional project teams
  • Execute Employee Engagement Culture activities within China and Rest of World (e.g. holiday activities, employee communications).

Basic Qualifications

  • This role requires a minimum of 5+ years experience in Corporate Learning and Development delivering both leadership and management programs.
  • Will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering Corporate leadership related training
  • Mentor other leadership Trainers in the best practices for adult learning.
  • Partner with HR partners and Business leaders on leadership development opportunities
  • Partner with Organizational Development on Skills and Training alignment and solutions
