Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and/or re-design, content for e-learning, web-based and/or instructor-led classes. This may or may not include leveraging existing training materials.
  • Create instructional supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games, assessments, etc.).
  • Conducts needs assessments to support strategic decisions associated with L&D efforts.
  • Designs and/or assist in the design of various training programs.
  • Determines the best training methodology for each skill and apply appropriately.
  • Prepare lesson plans as needed to ensure all material is covered in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Facilitates instructor-led training programs focused on title, escrow and closing processes and/or brokerage operations that utilize the internal operating systems.
  • Provides feedback continually during training.
  • Create assessments to measure the success of individuals’ program and the overall success of the programs.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on the progress of the trainees as well as provides internal consulting to support local learning efforts.
  • Gather formal feedback from trainees and their receiving managers to ensure continuous improvement of the programs.
  • Provides support for on-the-job learning through partnership with local leaders.
  • Design either independently or in partnership with an instructional designer self-paced learning modules and other on-demand learning materials.
  • Partners closely with support team to ensure all programs are managed properly within the learning management system and other tracking methods.
  • Stays abreast of changes to organizational processes so that training efforts meet the changing needs of the organization.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts within the operations teams to ensure materials are meeting the business need.
  • Gather content from Subject Matter Experts and help synthesize complex business processes and requirements into digestible training materials.
  • Utilize project management skills to ensure all components of the design process are complete and deadlines are met.
  • Lead “Train the trainer” series; ability to help coach others to deliver programs at scale

Required skills:

  • Extensive knowledge of the title and settlement services industry and the real estate services industry.
  • Expertise in CORE (Anywhere’s internal processing system) preferred
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Experience conducting training preferred
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Commitment to excellence and high-performance standards
  • Experience with influencing people via training or management preferred
  • Ability to work well with a team as well as independently
  • Familiarity with training methodologies preferred
  • Ability to successfully adjust to meet changing demands
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
