Position Overview:
Siemens Mobility Inc. is seeking to fill a position in the Training Department to stand up a Training Academy for the Railroad Industry for railroad technicians and railroad customers for rolling stock vehicles. The Training Academy will provide internal continuous training to skill up our employees, stand up an Apprenticeship program for future railroad workers and develop training programs for transit agencies.
Siemens Mobility has manufactured and delivered many Electric and Diesel Electric Locomotives to customers throughout the US and Canada. Learning and training have a significantly impact to the success of our employees and customers. This pivotal role will shape the future of our workforce by designing, delivering, and evaluating impactful learning experiences that foster a culture of continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a network of academic institutions, including labor groups, private enterprises and government agencies. Siemens is looking for a person who has an outgoing personality and can transfer technical concepts to participants in an easy-to-understand manner. This position can be located in Orlando, FL or New Castle, DE.

The base salary range for this position in Orlando, FL is $$146,400-$198,000 and in New Castle, DE is $161,100-$217,900 and the annual incentive target is 15% of the base salary The actual salary/wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
