Physical Requirements
The physical requirements of this position will include occasionally lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects up to 50lbs; occasionally moving objects up to 10lbs; regularly working at a computer workstation for extended periods of time with repetitive motions (such as typing); and intermittent (10%) job-related travel.

Job Summary
The Learning and Performance Consultant will provide leadership and education for the learning, goals, and performance modules in SuccessFactors. Test and update the process and best practices for all users of SuccessFactors modules. Responsibilities include:
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple tasks and/or projects while accurately completing routine functions in a fast paced, high intensity, professional work environment; knowledge of SAP ; experience with public speaking and oral presentation skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; excellent attention to detail; exceptional planning and organizational skill; effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to solve routine problems and manage resources; provide exceptional customer service and positively represent the university; perform work in a sedentary position; interact with individuals from various levels throughout the university; work successfully in a team as well as independently; and respect for confidentiality and diversity.

Bachelor’s Degree and five years related experience preferred.
