We are seeking a driven, eager to learn Learning & Org Development Intern to join our Human Resources Team. As a Learning & Org Development Intern, you will help us create key learning opportunities for employees throughout Barracuda. We want someone who is a self-starter, passionate about employee and leadership development, and excited to learn something new.

What you’ll be working on 

  • Employee Engagement Survey 
  • Support the communication and launch of our annual organization-wide engagement survey. 
  • Help to analyze the results and put together a plan for communicating key themes to leaders. 
  • Manager & Employee Development 
  • Assist in the design, implementation and measurement of various organization-wide development opportunities, including instructor-led classes, manager summit, online learning modules and department-specific learning projects as needed.

The anticipated on-target earnings range for this role is $22.00 – $33.00 per hour in Campbell, CA. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon the individual’s education level, job type, and applicable employment laws.
