Job Summary:

We are seeking a Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist to enhance our organizational capabilities, elevate training effectiveness, and drive a high-performance culture at Nestlé USA. This individual will be part of a team responsible for delivering trainings, learning products, and experiences to support employees as they integrate into and navigate the work environment, enabling them to quickly and confidently support business goals and fuel our growth as a company.

The role will focus on strategic oversight and execution of day-to-day project tasks to support the delivery of learning solutions across the corporate L&D portfolio. This will include managing relationships with key stakeholders, cross-functional partners, and business clients, as well as providing Learning Management System (LMS) support for corporate learning programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent program management and customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Oversight & Management: Drive the end-to-end execution of learning programs across the corporate L&D portfolio. Ensure scope of deliverables, timelines, and budget are met. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of tasks, processes, and outcomes. Proactively identify risks and issues and implement effective mitigation strategies. Work closely with other team members to support various initiatives and projects.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration: Maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration. Engage with key stakeholders and business partners to understand their needs and provide tailored support and information.
  • LMS Support & Administration: Provide comprehensive LMS support for all corporate L&D programs, ensuring smooth execution across different functions and businesses. Assist and guide LMS administrators in troubleshooting issues, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring seamless delivery of training programs.
  • Vendor & Contract Management: Support vendor relationships by ensuring service quality, contract compliance, and cost-effectiveness. Identify opportunities for improvement in contact terms, service agreements, and vendor performance to enhance program delivery.
  • Measurement & Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Implement changes and monitor their impact, ensuring continuous improvement in operations. Synthesize training/learner data and feedback and make data-backed recommendations to refine program curriculum, delivery methods, and learning technologies as necessary.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • 1-3 years of program or project management experience, preferably in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Organizational Development, or Employee Experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and balance multiple priorities with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a proven track record of managing and executing tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrates strategic end-to-end thinking.
  • Experience in the fields of Human Resources, Learning and Development, Organizational Development, and/or Employee Experience.
  • Familiarity with various LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
